Duke Energy also has specific Duke Energy phone numbers for customers with hearing or speech impairments. The customer service representatives are available to assist you Monday through Friday between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm ET.

So so sad and this has not changed from a year ago! I know there is a lot whit this last storm but when I drive 2 miles from my home to find 15 pluse elect trucks sitting and doing nothing and then seeing told thay can't get to the transformer but WHY as we are not in FLOD ZONE NO TREES DOWN SO ITS AS SIMPLE AS PUTTING A NEW TRANSFORMR!!! MY OTHER HALF HAS HART PROBLEMS AND OTHER IN THIS 55PLUS MOBILE HOME PARK ARE OR HAVE OTHER HELTH PROBLEMS AND WHEN I ASKED to talk to a supervisor and was told more then 10 times NO NO NO NO NO TOTALK TO A PERSON ABOVE HER AND 72 HOURS LATER NO CALL BACK AND YOU CALL THIS GOOD SERVICE AND YOU GUYS WILL SAY SORRY AND ALL IS BETTER ( NOT ) I SEE WHY YOU COMPANY IS IN COURT SO MUCH
