I got shut off in November. I set up a pmt agrreement.

From November through March i called customer service 6 times. They shut me off again in March. They claim to help people in need but they dont. They tack on more and more fees.

I paid more in electricity than i pay for my mortgage. I am not on section 8 and i dont ask for handouts. But those people get more help than i do and i work and pay $500. A month to Duke.

{{Redacted}} Worst company ever! Bad customer service and they dont give a *** about your problems.

That’s Duke energy for you,my bill is $549.71 for a. Month and it’s only me.

I’m so. Pissed right now going be on the phone Monday at 7 sharp I know they will give me a BS story my bills have been high ever since duke took over.
