Called and was inquiring about tree on power line. Talked t Daniel.he had a terrible attitude he was asking all these questions I didn't no so I told him t forget it and he had a attitude problem so I hung up. Worse customer service I ever had with duke power

Everyone around me has power. I reported this outage last night . They haven't sent anyone out. I know this because I drove around my neighborhood and there is no one working on anything in my area or the surrounding area.
